Where do I drop off my vehicle?
Our drop off zone is at:
Valet Parking Drop off
Terminal B.
Domestic Departures
- Drive into O.R. Tambo International Airport and follow the overhead signage for Departures / Valet Parking
- The Valet Parking overhead road sign is highlighted in Orange
- Drive past Terminal A and proceed past Terminal B
- You will see an overhead road sign that says Valet Parking Drop-Off (150m)
- The valet parking drop-off kiosk is at the end of Terminal B after the last door and has our signage with the slogan
- “Upgrade your Parking Experience” visible from 100m away
- Our staff are uniformed with black First Class Parking golf shirts
Where do I go to collect my vehicle?
- Our collection Kiosk is situated at the Level 4, Parkade 2.
- From the Level 2 Food Court, take the bridge to Parkade 2, enter the lift press level 4.
- As you exit the lift you will see our Kiosk with our branding.
As an individual customer, do I pay before or after dropping off?
You only pay on collection.
Can I cancel a booking if my trip gets cancelled?
- Yes, you may cancel at any time as long as the client has not arrived or used the booking.
- Send your cancellation request to [email protected] and [email protected]
- There are no charges to any cancellation and parking credits are reversed back into the Agent’s account automatically.
Do you offer travel agencies and corporates additional benefits?
Yes, we offer the following benefits:
- Access to the prepaid booking system
- Minimum purchase of 100 credits.
- One credit parks for 1 day (24 hours)
- Access to make your own bookings and unlimited changes
- Access to invoicing portal (print own invoices)
- The corporate buys the parking credit for R220 (From 100 credits) but can invoice it out at R240
- The corporate earns a 9.1% saving
